La Jolla Concours D'Elegance

This car show event is April 22-24, 2022 in La Jolla, California on the cliffs of La Jolla Cove.

This is a once in a lifetime chance to view over 125 spectacular one-of-a-kind vehicles that will be displayed on the La Jolla Cove lawn along the breathtaking Pacific Coast Ocean. Enjoy live music, see the world through the rose-colored glasses and enjoy the sweetness of Concours in our Champagne and Honey Tasting Garden.

The La Jolla Concours d’Elegance features various types of fine automobile gems. Past years have showcased horseless carriages, Italian marques, British marques, woodies, 50s classics, American sports cars, and the automobiles of Carroll Shelby. Spectators from all over the nation come to the breathtaking shores of La Jolla to view their favorite classics. This year, the La Jolla Concours d’Elegance is back with exquisite automobiles to illustrate again that if diamonds are forever, then cars are timeless.

Founded in 1964, the La Jolla Historical Society collects, preserves, and presents the heritage of the community for the educational benefit of current and future citizens and visitors. The Society is committed to increasing the awareness and appreciation of this heritage by providing access to and interpretation of the community’s historical narrative with educational programs for all ages.

The La Jolla Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with more than 700 members. The Society owns three historic buildings on the site of what was once part of the estate of famous philanthropist Ellen Browning Scripps, including the historic 1904 Wisteria Cottage where high-quality rotating exhibitions are presented, a 1909 beach cottage that serves as the Society’s offices and public research center, and the adjacent 1894 carriage house which serves as a state-of-the-art archival collection storage facility. The Wisteria Cottage Galleries are open Thursday through Sunday, noon to 4:00pm. Admission is free. The offices and public research center is open Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm.
