Come join us for the 2nd Annual Gears on the Green: The Central Coast’s Classless Car Show at Avila Beach Resort on Sunday, July 18, 2021, alongside our Brunch-with-Wheels event! A day filled with everything from classics to vintage off-road rigs, live music, and the best of the county’s local food trucks serving up specialized Brunch menus, with the beach at your toes!! Don’t miss out on the perfect Summer Sunday!

• General Admission – FREE TO THE PUBLIC TO ATTEND – Includes entry to show and spectator parking.
• Car Show Entry – $30 – Includes 1 space for registered vehicle, entry for driver and one passenger (2 total), commemorative T-shirt, and parking for additional tow vehicle not in show. All vehicles entered must be able to fit within one standard sized parking space. **Please note that any entries after July 1st can not be guaranteed a commemorative T-shirt.**
• Brunch Table Reservation – $75 – Includes two bottles of champagne, your choice of juice, and seating for 10 of your closest friends at your own reserved table!• Car Show Entry •

Thank you so much for registering to show off your ride at the 2nd Annual Gears on the Green!
All vehicles in the show will be directed where to park on the 18th Fairway. Parking will open at 7:30am. Please arrive between 7:30am and 8:30am to be directed into the show. When you pull in, please inform security that you are registered for the car show, and they will direct to a white check in tent. You will receive verbal directions from there. **If you are trailering in your vehicle, please park your tow vehicle on the 10th Fairway Lawn and unload your show vehicle prior to checking in.**
Arriving: The address for Avila Beach Golf Resort is 6464 Ana Bay Dr. in Avila Beach, CA 93424. The gate to the 10th Fairway will be on your right-hand side as you approach the stoplight at the corner of Avila Beach Dr. and First St. Turn right at the light, and security and parking staff will direct you from there.
At check in you will be given a label for judging to be placed on your windshield as well as a voucher for your t-shirt pick up. **Please note that all registrants who signed up after July 1st deadline will not be guaranteed a t-shirt. Your voucher is redeemable on a first come first serve basis after 2:30pm day of the event only.** The t-shirt pick up station will be located near the bar. There will also be order forms available for any additional shirt purchases.

Highway 101 to Avila Beach (just north of Pismo Beach, just south of San Luis Obispo). Take Avila Beach Drive exit towards the ocean. Travel 2 1/2 miles and you’ll see the resort on your right.• Parking •
Event Parking is located on the 10th Fairway. The parking fee is INCLUDED in your ticket price. No tailgating allowed. Any attendees consuming personal alcoholic beverages in the parking areas will not be allowed into the venue. IMPORTANT: ALL TICKET HOLDERS MUST PARK IN THE EVENT PARKING LOT.• Have your ticket ready for entry •
Please be sure to bring either your printed PDF ticket (preferred for quickest scannable entry) or have your ticket available to be displayed on your smart phone prior to arriving at the venue. If using your smart phone to display your ticket, please make sure your phone brightness is at 100% before we scan your ticket. We must be able to clearly scan your bar code or QR code on your ticket. You can also download the Eventbrite app to display your ticket on your smartphone.• No Outside Food or Beverage •
There will be food and beverage for sale at the venue. No outside food or beverages will be allowed in the venue. Sealed plastic water bottles will be allowed. There will be water available for free and bottled water for purchase. No ice chests, picnic baskets, etc.• Subject to Search •
All purses, bags, and backpacks are subject to search. Venue and or the promoter is not responsible for any confiscated items.• Seating •
Table Reservation is available for $75. All remaining community tables will be available on a first come first serve basis. We encourage you to bring your own chairs and/or blankets to sit on. If you’d like to reserve a table, please purchase the Table Reservation Ticket.• No earl entry or ins and outs •
No one will be allowed into the venue prior to doors. Early comers will wait in line. First come, first served. Once you’re in the venue, you can’t leave and return again for free. If you need anything else during the day, bring it into the venue as long as it does not go against the prohibited items.• No pets •
Please do not bring your pet or leave them in your vehicle. It may be hot.• Rain or Shine (No Refund Event) •
