All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of being ordered and can take anywhere from 3 days to 5 days to be delivered (within the lower 48 States). When we put your order in the mail, you should receive a USPS tracking number – Contact us if you notice any problems.
Rides Collective will accept unworn and unwashed or defective merchandise that was purchased at full price for refund or exchange, within 30 days of when you receive your order. Return authorization is not required. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you elect to exchange your item, Rides Collective will cover the shipping back to you. Rides Collective does not accept returns that have strong odors. Please keep your purchases away from pets, smoke and perfume until you are sure you want to keep them.
Our default shipping carrier is USPS Priority Mail. For large or international orders we may ship via UPS or FedEx. If you selected 2nd Day Air shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS Express 2nd Day Air. If you have a specific shipping carrier request, please email [email protected] immediately after placing your order.
International orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Fees are calculated by customs officials, and cannot be estimated ahead of time by Fool Size. We cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.
